One video. One video, and my life was changed forever. This was the first video I ever saw of Justin. I still remember exactly how I felt. I looked at him and knew he was something special. I could just tell that there was something different. And I told people about him. Suddenly everyone at my school knew about him, and he started getting super famous. I never let go of the first time I ever saw him, though. But that’s just the beginning of it. In seventh grade(2 years ago) I met a girl who was in my English class. She soon became my best friend when we both shared a love for Justin. We found out we were both going to the concert on June 24, 2010 and we ended up seeing each other there. It was an amazing night! I had floor seats, I got a picture where he’s looking right at my camera, and he even waved to where I was sitting! But that’s not where it ends. I ended up going to another concert with my friend on November 17, 2010 (eighth grade). It was an amazing night! We had to wait outside in the cold for about 2 hours, I almost lost my ticket in the bathroom, and a security guard yelled at us…hahaha! But it was amazing because…we had seat in the stands, right next to the stage…I’m talking that stage was 5 feet from us! We made full on eye contact with Justin a few times, Sean Kingston waved to us from back stage(we were halfway behind the stage), Jasmine V came over&talked to us, Ryan Good waved, and I talked to Pattie! Like, we had an actual conversation! At the end of the show, Legaci was standing on our side of the stage. One of them turned to where I was and I had a hand heart up in the air and he gave one back to me&pointed towards me. My thoughts at the time: asdfghjkl, kuyjredsfghjkl…basically;] But also at the end, my friend caught Justin’s towel! One of his security guards was sent over to where were sitting and had his towel in his hand, my friend noticed him and he threw the towel up to us. It hit my shoulder&I was like…the hell was that? And when I turned around and saw her holding the towel I knew what it was. We freaked out. Big time. The just 2 months later, Justin followed me on twitter! (link on my page) I couldn’t even process that he actually bothered to read my tweet, click my page, and click the button that meant everything to me. Now, the little boy I saw on youtube that one day in February of 2008 could change everything for me that much…is beyond me. And to think that kid I’ve been with for 4 years is 18…I can’t believe it. I just thought he was some kid with a dream to do something impossible. Well, that’s exactly what he was. But he made it happen. He was strong and brave and willing to do anything. He taught us some very important life lessons. Never ever give up, no matter how much everyone pulls you down. “Feel it. Believe it. Dream. Be it.” Pride, passion, courage, strength, faith. He’s given so many of us friends we would have never met, but now can’t imagine our lives without. The memories we’ll keep forever. The concerts we would give everything to go back to and watch all over again. The life we all now live…because of him. Thank you Justin, for giving me the opportunity…no…the honor of being a part of all of this. Happy birthday.
